OP absolutely doesn't need to find another board. I got a little too aggressive earlier.
But we want to know who you are OP. You can jump in any time
What do you want to know? just not sure what kind of background is wanted since I have not frequented any of these boards much.
New posters usually do a brief intro post. Just a way we kind of get to know you before you start jumping in. It's not a rule more like *board etiquette*.
I get it OP. I love my kids and I love my job. My work is somewhat flexible so I've found a great balance that works for my family in terms of scheduling. Staying home isn't for everyone.
I will add that staying home isn't an option for me financially. If it was......I would stay home with my kids in a heartbeat. But since it's not an option I make the best of my current situation.
To give a little background....I am married and a first time mom. I live in Milwaukee. I had a pretty quick, natural birth that made me feel like I could conquer the world. However, a few days after being released I was back in the hospital for 5 days due to an infection and separated from my son and husband. I had a very rough start as a new mom and my husband was an amazing single dad for those 5 days. I am happy to be doing better and grateful that my son was the healthy one in all of this.

Wow! Glad you're ok that sounds so scary. Welcome to the board!
