Pap smear absent tzone - anyone else?

I had a pap at my 6 week pp appt. The results came back normal, however, my dr said that my transformation zone was absent. Anyone else ever experienced this? She said not to worry and all it means is that we have to do a pap in one year instead of the recommended 3. Just curious if anyone else went through a similar situation? Sorry fort he run on paragraph, my iPad does that for some reason.

No idea about the transformation zone but I have always had annual pap smears since I was 16, I'm 30 now.
