Rolling and crying

Hi, my LO has just hit 6 months. She started rolling over a week ago onto her tummy in her cot. She didn't like it at first but then a couple nights later seemed to settle and sleep quite well on her tum. Not sure what's happened but the past few nights she gets really upset every time she rolls which she does automatically when put down. She just started rolling from tummy to back on her play mat but hasn't yet in her cot. She sleeps in a grobag, not sure if that's affecting anything? Also, I have a safe t sleep but I'm worried using that is just going to postpone the issue and I should just let her work through it? Just wondering what other mums did in the same situation and roughly how long they had to ride it out? Thanks :-)
