that the yummy DQ ice cream with chocolate sauce that I just ate doesn't give me the shits tonight. Last night I indulged in 3 slices of deep dish Chicago style pizza and had the shits from 3-4:30am. Hoping there isn't a repeat tonight. Ugh!
