Normal Pains?

Is it normal to have sharp pains on occasion?  For the most part I just have mild cramping, but occasionally I get a kind of stabbing pain near my ovaries on both sides.  It's like an eight on a scale of ten and recedes quickly.  No spotting and it's not bad enough or frequent enough to make me feel going to the doctor is necessary yet.  I do typically get cysts from time to time and had a u/s in September that showed three. I'm wondering if maybe I have one that's getting pushed on now.  Normal or a cause for concern?

Normal. It sounds like you're describing round ligament pains. Usually you don't get them till later, but I've had a few already. I've found if I'm careful not to tense up my core too much when twisting, coughing, sneezing, etc. I can keep them at bay a little bit.

I have been getting these on and off all the time especially when I'm running around busy at work.
