I never open the "random pip" thread because I literally don't take pictures of anything except my kid, and for some reason I don't want to look at other's random pics until I can be interesting enough to participate.
For a second this morning I thought we were out of cream for my coffee, in that second I almost reached for the breast milk I had just pumped rather than regular milk. Luckily I found the creamer, I don't know what would have happened!
My mom told me she put BM in her coffee once while on vacation when she had no creamer. I thought I would be grossed out, but I think I was sort of impressed. I still have yet to see what mine tastes like.
Last night I convinced DH to tell his mom my cooking is better than hers, because she's a terrible human who treats me like garbage. I didn't go to Harvard so I'm not good enough. Sorrynotsorry.
Change that kids diaper @wasnotwas, what are you practicing Babywise?!
I you.
@cindyrelluh H took this picture and sent it to me...I was like change his diaper, throw away the booger picking q-tips and stop giving him a paci if he doesn't need it...o yeah, and cute pic
All these name changes are making me a little crazy. I mean I get it, mine has my name in it too. But, I suck with names bad enough as it is, and the only thing saving me is siggy pics. Which means less mobile bumping. And, if the person didn't have a siggy pic... I'm pretty much screwed and I no longer know who you are.
I hate the new ruffles-on-the-bottom-of-soft-pants trend that I keep seeing. Makes me want to barf. Your little girl doesn't look cute or trendy. It looks like you have no style and your kid time-warped from the 70's.
I'm not quite sure what these soft pants are that everyones always talking about but i like soft things, ruffles and the 70s so it sounds like my kind of party.
I agree @nykkolhooks. Dd has always been in cute clothes, sans ruffles and large headwear, and she's beautiful. I can't stand people making a spectacle of their kids! I wish I could link you all to my friends fb.
I'm being Grinch-y about certain family this year. We have a holiday shindig with 14 adults and 9 kids (including A). We are doing an ornament exchange ($10) with the adults (finally stopped the gift buying bickering). Two of the kids we see a lot and spend lots of QT with, so we're close to them. The others we see at this event and one other each year. So... I'm setting a limit of $10/ea. for those 6 kids. And honestly, I don't even feel like spending that much because those people are the PITA family. I will however, because no child should suffer or be left out because their parents stink.

I think that children should stop dressing in rompers and smocked, ruffled crap by age 2-3. I see kids wearing those ruffled pants with big bows in their hair going to kindergarten and can only imagine how they get made fun of.
What's worse.. I've seen them in sizes big enough for my oldest. She's almost 8. There's no freaking way.
All this ruffle talk for little girls..i thought was those cute little stretchy pants with a little ruffle on the butt. I think those are cute!! I'm talking babies here nothing older then like 18 months. Those pictures are hideous. I'd never ever dress my kid in that. Ever.
I love dressing Ella like a grown up, read: not ho bag. I think kids in skinny jeans and blazers/cardigans are THE CUTEST.
Little boys in bow ties and suspenders... I die.
I love bow ties and suspenders on any age, but little boys are especially adorable.
Maybe my FFFC is that I hate skinny jeans/pants on guys. I think it looks ridiculous. This is probably because I am old and out of touch.

I am so not attracted the hipster or metrosexual look on guys. If they look skinnier, more feminine or more put together than me it's a total turn off. I like my men looking like lumberjacks generally. Nice and disheveled and looking like they could use my help. Hott. This is probably because I am generally pudgy and disheveled and jealous of men that effortlessly look chic.

My son has gone to preschool for 3 years with a little girl who dresses like this. Every. Single. Day. The mother sells Matilda Jane. https://www.matildajaneclothing.com/ I don't know if the kids make fun of her because they are 4 and not yet mean . But let me tell you, the other mothers!! We all just roll our eyes at the absurdity.
Re: FFFC

I know I'm being a total AW. LO was a newsboy for Halloween.
