DH and I had our anniversary in October and did nothing. We decided we would splurge on an iPad and make it a combo Anniversary/Christmas present.

We always get socks.   I ask SO for an IPAD becuase our old IPOD broke and I just want something bigger.   I also want a DSLR camera but we are going to wait unitl our birthdays in March for that .

Ha, I was trying to come up with ideas to give to MIL (because she asked), and the only thing I could think of was new bras.  Mine are literally falling apart but I'm too lazy to go get new ones.  But then I figured that's the kind of thing I should probably buy for myself

i want a pair of black ankle boots, like motorcycle boots. and maybe a digital camera, because we somehow lost (!) ours.

also, i want an uninterrupted night's sleep. like a full 12 hours. that's my ultimate fantasy. :P

I don't have a Christmas list because we celebrate Hanukkah. The gifts that mean the most to me are tickets to a play, concert or ballet.

Ugh, I'd never ask for this because I know how tacky it is, but money! We don't need any stuff. We have all the stuff we could possibly ever want. What we need is to pay off some debt. We're planning to move in the spring and we will need some serious funds for that. All our families know about that so maybe I can just discourage them from buying things based on the fact that we'll have to move it all.
