Our house is officially on the market today! We are moving to from Dallas to Houston the week of thanksgiving so fingers crossed it goes fast!

We got a cash offer $1000 above our listing price and we will tentatively close nov 15!

Well they pulled out of the offer so more showings today DH is so stressed out! We had two other offers that we turned down yesterday and our realtor expects one of them to resubmit today so FX

Yay! Good luck! We just handed our notice in to our landlord today, because we've bought our first house. I'm not looking forward to having to keep it perfect looking for viewings. I like being a bit messy. Ok, really messy.
