MIL was dx'd with whooping cough last week! So they are mad that they are not allowed over for a while! I told her half jokingly I wanted a release from the doctor.

I am not taking any chances!

I would ban them as well and it would be a while before I let them or any family members who were around her visit. And seriously check with a doc on how long she should stay away. Whooping cough is not something to mess around with with a newborn or infant.

Holy unfinished thought batman. I have not recovered from work this weekend.

I am not letting them over till they are both cleared by the doc, so they can go ahead and be mad all they want!
