Constipation Snack

I came across this great recipe for constipation on another pregnancy site. I am willing to try anything! Thought I'd share :)

Tuck into this delicious fruit salad made from dried fruit soaked in orange juice. It is high in fibre and may help ease constipation, which is common at this time because of the pressure of the baby on your bowel.

Ingredients
1 cup dried apricots
1 1/3 cups large raisins
1 cup dried figs
1/3 cup dried apple rings
1/3 cup dried sweetened cranberries
1 2/3 cups orange juice

Method
Place all the fruit in a large bowl and pour over the orange juice. Stir, cover and place in the fridge overnight. Serve with dollops of Greek yogurt.
