Pumping During Growth Spurt

I've been pumping and nursing just fine with no problems with supply. However, I noticed that for the last two days I don't get anything when I pump. DS is in his growth spurt and is constantly nursing. I'd still like to continue building my storage in the freezer. 

I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this. If so, did you just stop trying to pump during the growth spurt or were you able to increase supply so that you could do both? TIA for your feedback!

I stopped pumping during the growth spurt. I didn't have much to pump anyway, and I was feeding him like crazy. I didn't even want to take the time to pump since he was eating constantly. Also, I wanted to have enough milk for him since he was wanting so much.

I cut back on pumping this week during her 6 week spurt since I wasn't getting much after nursing. Planning to pick it back up since she seems to be calming down with the feeding frenzy.

Like the PP, I cut back pumping during the spurt for the same reason and started back up when it smoothed over.

I couldn't even imagine pumping through a growth spurt! He's just now 6 weeks and the last few days have been constant nursing!

Omg it can last a week?! It's been 24 hours, every hour, and I already want to die

Crap I just realized its only been 12 hours. Ugh that's even more depressing!
