I think a good portion of why I got good grades in school was due to Oregon trail because if I got my homework done before my sisters I got to play it first on the green screen computer, floppy disk style!

It changes, because I never bookmark it (I should do that...) I just google play Oregon Trail online free and it pops up.

Yes Pineconey, what kind of high-falutin' Oregon Trial did you play?  Look at those graphics!  Dysentary was my worst enemy.

I'm jealous of your OT. I went to poor school and don't think we had any color. And then some jack ass lost the other disk so when you got half way you could never continue. Then we had to switch to number munchers.

We didn't have OT at school, I played this at home. I still have the disk and run it on my laptop some days! I have to run it through the command prompt but it's worth it! At school have number munchers, mist, Lewis and Clark, and a few others. Ahhh the good old days, with floppies the size of my head.

I was particularly fond of Where in Time is Carmen for the NES. Still play it!

We had it preloaded in the computer no disk changing needed. My other Muslim friend and I would spend every lunch during Ramadan OTing it up (yes that is a work cuz I said so)

I HATE Carmen San Diego. That bitch has haunted me for years. The only thing more annoying than "omg I'm going to call you Carmen SanDiego!" after I introduce myself as Carmen is "Carmen Elektra." Ugh!

I fell off my horse at 12 weeks.  Went to the emergency room and they monitored the baby for six hours, not even a change in the heart rate.  170 the entire time I was there.  I'm sure if anything was going to happen it would have already happened.

Zoombinies!! I loved computer day in elementary school for the Zoombinis! I played for hours!! Please tell me others got to enjoy this magicalness as well!!

What was the one with the turtle called? It was like writing computer code for 3rd graders...your codes made the turtle change colors or walk or spin or whatever.

OMG I remember that now!!! I think I even got it to have at home. I had that, OT, and Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing lol.

@AcaAwkward Terripin Logo? If so, my out dated school still uses that piece of crap to teach "programming" to kids. And all our kids have parents who are doctors, engineers, and physicists.

Yes!!!! Although I think back in 1990 it was just "Logo."
