I'm very sorry I haven't been around ladies. It's been a little difficult here lately. My mother passed away on my birthday and we took the boys to FL (a 12hr car ride) to see my family. PPD with that piled on top has made things pretty rough.

The boys had a great 6m appt though. They are on track or ahead for their actual age which is just amazing. Just today Sawyer started getting himself up on his hands and knees so I know we're just around the corner from crawling. Silas is taking his time with things and has become very opinionated and needy. I'm grateful we found a nanny who can help me a few days a week. I don't know what I would do without her. Overall they're getting to be pretty funny little guys. It's amazing how different and similar they are at the same time. I started my baby food making adventure today. It took me 3hrs but I made 16lbs of purees! So far they seem to enjoy most things they have tried as long as mommy gets the texture right! Anyone else making their own foods and have learned any neat tricks?

I hope all of you ladies are doing great. I'm going to spend the next several hours back-stalking all of the posts I have missed the last 2 months.

I forgot to mention Silas is 20lbs2oz and Sawyer is 19lbs12oz. They're both 75%+ for height and weight for actual age which just makes me so so proud. They're my BIG boys.

Rachel, hon, I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. Losing my mom was one of the hardest things I have ever had to deal with. Over a year out, I still have good days and bad days. If you need/ want to talk, please feel free to PM me. Big, huge (((HUGS))) to you, and lots of prayers, too. 

Your boys are just too cute, and getting so big! It's really great to "see" you back here, pretty lady!

I'm so sorry for the loss of your mom. My heart aches for you; you've dealt with so much.    You're boys are so beautiful though and I hope your road begins to smooth out for you.  You're in my thoughts.
