Acupuncture: yay or nay?

How many of you had success with acupuncture? I'm trying to decide if it's worth it or not. I've done acu with all 3 cycles I've done (BFP,BFPm/c,BFN). With my recent failure, I'm contemplating not doing it this time (I'm on CD3 for my final FET with my last embryo). Do you think it's worth it?

Part of me thinks that driving 30 min to appts and trying to schedule them when DH can watch DD is counter-productive to the relaxation, de-stress, and balance I'm trying to achieve by doing it. But if I don't do it, and the cycle fails, I know I will think it's b/c I didn't do acu.

So I'm stuck. WWSAIFD?
After 2+ years TTC, 1 miscarriage, & 3 failed IUI's... IVF#1 worked! DD born 2012
2013 FET#1: BFP, but we lost the baby at 12 weeks
2013 FET#2: BFN
2014 FET#3: BFP, but our sweet baby was born sleeping at 33 weeks
IVF#2: BFP! DD born 2015
2017 IVF#3: BFN
2017 IVF#4: BFN
1st Dx = Unexplained IF, 2017 Dx = DOR

    I'm going to start acupuncture for ms.  I think it may help with relaxation and that may be why it has shown to be effective.  However, if making it to the appointments creates more stress in your life, I would say just to skip it.
    IF DX: DOR & Fragile X pre-mutation carrier
    2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8
    BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ DS born 9/4/12
    Feb./March 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) and AFC = 4;
    BFP from supps ~ DS#2 due May 2014

    Yay! I did it for my cycles, during pregnancy and for other issues like anxiety and headaches and it helps a lot. My acu is like 10 mins from my house though, so it's not so bad for scheduling. I do feel guilty giving up time w DD1 to go though.
    IVF, acupuncture, meditation and a miracle.

    For both my previous FETs, I did it for 4-6 weeks prior and immediately following transfer. For this cycle, my 1st appt is tomorrow (I needed to step back and re-group after our failed FET last week).

    I did it for a year before our IVF and after a couple months, it really did regulate my cycle and I wasn't have the issues I had previously. I don't know if it helped or not because were MFI. If I had previous losses or BFN cycles, I would probably do it because I really did notice a difference.

    I did acupuncture to help with the nasty s/e of Lupron and until transfer. It was the only thing that worked for my headaches. So a resounding yes from me. In fact I am trying to figure out when I can fit in acu for my upcoming FET with working and caring for a toddler.
    TTC since 3-08 IVF # 1 Dec 2011 BFP DD born at 31 weeks 6-24-12

    FET #1 Dec 2013 BFN

    FET # 2 Feb 2014 BFN

    No more frosties

    IVF #2. September 2014

    PGD yielded 2 perfect 5d blasts

    SET November 9, 2014
    Nov 23, 2014. Another BFN

    Not sure where to go from here.

    I did it for my first IVF - but only before and after ER and ET and I got my DS from it.  I'm doing the same for this FET...
    reading other responses maybe it made no difference, but I felt better about it...
