LOs Dr. never mentioned anything about a certain amount of milk he should/shouldn't be drinking....

I had a friend tell me her pedi. told her only 16-20 oz a day?

What have you been told? 

How many oz. a day?

Had LO check up on Fri. and pedi said 16-24 oz. per day. No more than 24.  Don't know if it matters or not but LO is in the 50% for weight.

Huh I didn't even read that thread because I thought it was about WCM causing pooping in the tub.

Just had DD's 1 year appt yesterday and he said 16 -20 oz per day. And water for the rest of the day. I'm struggling with the 16oz a day so far, 20 seems worse. It's only been about 3 days since we've been on WCM, so hopefully I'll get the hang of it soon!

Does everyone only give a sippy with milk at meals? Or during other times of the day too?  I have been giving her just a sippy in the morning of about 5 oz, then she eats breakfast about 1 hour later, then more milk at breakfast & lunch. And I am giving her a sippy of milk of around 5 oz right before bed (like her bottle was). The 1st and last cups of milk are ok, it's the mealtime milk she isn't a fan of so much.
