Letting milk dry up

Whats the best way to dry up your milf if not planning to BF?  I've read to use a tight bra, does that mean an underwire. I usualluy wear minimizer bras because I'm a 36DDD. Thanks.

Sudafed. Cabbage leaves in your bra.

I wore a very tight sports bra (no underwire b/c you have to sleep in it too) lined with cabbage leaves. Change the cabbage every few hours or when it starts to wilt. Motrin every four hours hedged keep the pain at bay.

I'm also concerned with sagging. Because mine are so bg, if I dont wear an underwire they will sag to my stomach. Any recomendations for a very supportive sports bra?

I wrapped myself with 2 ace bandages under a sports bra for 3 days. That was the only way they did not hurt... Also, i have heard ice packs help but I didn't need them when I was wrapped.

I'm wearing a sports bra a size too small. I'm taking Motrin for my postpartum pain and my breast pain has been kept at bay with that. I can't do cabbage leaves because I'm allergic.

Tight sports bra, cabbage, Tylenol. Pain wasn't too bad this time. Or maybe the pain in my rear end distracted me from the pain in my boobs.

I wore two sports bras and would put a nice pack between them for about 30 minutes at a time. Tylenol or Advil for discomfort or pain. When you take a shower, try not to let the hot water hit you directly on the breasts. The engorgement went away after a couple of days for me.

This. I also did ice packs every several hours to help with engorging. And ibuprofen for the pain.

I did sports bra, then an ace bandage wrapped very tightly, ice packs, sudafed, "no more milk" tea, and tylenol w/ codine for the pain. It took about 5 days total from the time I felt my milk coming in to not feeling the pain anymore. I read that the cabbage leaves don't actually work, just a placebo effect.
