Need a little help

I'm trying to train my 2yo. He will pee/poop every time it put him on the potty. However yesterday he had about 12 accidents all within 10-15 minutes after using the potty. I think he is not getting all his poop out and continuing to push causing him to pee. He only ever poops a couple little pebbles and every try is accompanied by pee. How can I fix this?

My only suggestion is to have him sit until he Says he is done. My son says all done poopy and I always ask him to try to push one more time to make sure and usually its accompanied by gas. Some potty sessions end up 10-15 minutes. Your son might think he just has gas but then it ends up as more. Good luck.
