Did you drink coffee at all during your pregnancy? My doc says under 200mg is fine so I've been indulging the third tri here and there ( one cup of half caf every morning.... ). No soda or anything else though.
I have had a cup of coffee DAILY since I got pregnant...sometimes I'll even have one of those tiny 8oz cokes in the afternoon too. Me and LO are just fine.
I dont like coffee, but have had 1 Pepsi a day for months. Doc is fine with it since it only has between 30-100 mg of caffeine depending on the size I have. Its my guilty pleasure

I drink a cup every morning lately. Been getting headaches, and the caffeine helps. I didn't earlier in my pregnancy because the perks (haha punny) weren't worth the heartburn.
I am a big coffee drinker but switched to half caf when we started TTC. Of course, the smell of coffee brewing made me sick the entire first trimester. I drank it here and there but it was an adjustment. I have been drinking 1-2 cups daily since I could tolerate it again.
I have a cup of half caff in the mornings and occasionally an iced coffee or a latte in the afternoons. No pop due to GD... I'd have to give up a meal for a pop!!
Nope. In the beginning it made me sick. Once the nausea slowed down the heartburn kicked in. Every time I have tried it I've regretted it.

I would love to, but I still have an aversion to it. I will occasionally grab a bottled frapacino at the snack shop in my building, but that's about it.
I do drink iced tea and soda maybe once a week, but I need to pound water, so I'm trying to stick with watered down juice, lemonade, etc if I need a change from plain water.
I don't drink coffee, but I drink other caffeinated beverages without worrying much. Usually a cup of tea in the morning, then 1-2 cans of soda with lunch and/or in the afternoon. It equals 150-200mg of caffeine a day, and my baby is doing great. My doctor said under 300mg per day was fine.
I drink one cup every morning (which is one full mug of hot milk with a small spoonful of medium-strength freeze dried stuff).
Every now and then I'll have a second cup, but rarely. I don't think it's too much, I just don't really like it. Even pre-pregnancy I only drank one cup a day.
I drink my travel mug every day which is actually about 2 cups..half the time I come home with my travel mug still half full so those are the days I drink the pop with caffeine, otherwise I'll have caffeine free like Rootbeer, Soda water with Lemon, or Gingerale instead of I am craving fizzy.
I try and stick with the 200MG rule and for the most part I have..the questionable days are when I go to Starbucks and get a latte as I have no idea where espresso sit's in the caffeine front so if I do that, that's all I have and it's once in a blue moon.
I have somewhat limited my caffeine since BFP. I probably get around/less than 200 mg a day between coffee, tea, and soda.
Although, prior to BFP I was hugely addicted to caffeine. I would drink coffee all morning, a soda in the afternoon, and a java monster in the late afternoon after work if I needed a little pick me up. It was bad, I know it. So considering my caffeine tolerance I am pretty impressed with myself being able to wean down to less than 200 mg.
This far into pregnancy, I am not as worried about caffeine, as it is usually advised against in early pregnancy. So enjoy your coffee....
i've always been a 1-2 cup before noon girl. I kept that to 1 cup a day since BFP. it helps keep my migraines in check, and i lurve the taste. if I want a second cup, i wait until i'm at work and can grab decaf from the cafeteria.
I used to drink almost a pot of coffee a day. I have cut down to 1/2 a pot in the am and using a mixture of half-caf w/ decaf (basically quarter-caf). Generally that's all I get all day but every once in a while if we go out and there isn't root beer I'll have a cherry coke. I don't worry too much about it.

Before, I would drink about a half pot a day. When I became pregnant I slowly weened myself off needing daily caffeine. Now I have 2-3 cups a week and I love it because I can actually feel the caffeine again!
In the first tri, it was one of my aversions, so I didn't have any. Once second tri picked up, if have 1-2 cups of half caff per day. The past few weeks though the caffeine has made me more jittery than usual, so now I do just decaf.

I WISH I could drink coffee!! Even a couple sips makes me feel so sick, or actual vomit! With two toddlers I could really use it. That is the first thing I plan on having after delivery. Funny it's doing the same thing to my sil who is also pregnant. strange. If I could, I would totally drink it. I havent been able to with any of my pregnancies.
Like many others, I had an aversion to coffee in my 1st tri, but since about 16 weeks, I've resumed drinking it. I limit myself to one 12-oz. cup (which is what a "tall" or "small" would generally be at most coffee places). Coffee's my only source of caffeine right now.
I was pretty paranoid my 1st pregnancy so I avoided coffee as much as possible, only drinking a cup when I had a migraine. With a 14 month old who likes to wake up early, there's no way I could do without it. I have a cup or two a day and enjoy every second of it.
I avoided it like the plague during the first trimester. First half of the second trimester, I limited it to once or twice a week. Second half of the second trimester, we were looking at four or five times a week, because it helped my migraines. Now I have a cup or two a day, 'cause this mama needs her damn caffeine and regrets nothing.

I'm not a fan of caffeine, even not pregnant, so it's a little different for me. I may have one caffeinated beverage every 2wks (I don't like or drink coffee, only hot tea). I have trouble sleeping and caffeine is said to screw that up even worse.
I don't judge women who drink coffee while pregnant.
