Recruiters?

Any recommendations for reputable recruiters in the Seattle area (I'm a CPA).

I am relocating for my husband's job and I am totally unsure of how job searches are done in the area. In FL most companies won't even look at applicants unless they are working with a recruiter- is it the same there?

Also, any recommendations for drop-in daycares or awesome babysitters? I won't be putting my kids in daycare until I find a job but I won't be taking them with me to job interviews I will probably be living in North Queen Anne.
