I plan to spend as little time at the ILs as possible with baby. They smoke, and the smell grosses me out. As soon as I leave their house, I have to shower and wash my clothes. Now I'll have to decontaminate baby too. And I totally judge FIL for smoking at all--he has heart disease and is having stroke-like symptoms and still refuses to quit. Cuz cigs are apparently so awesome that you'd die for them. Ugh.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that you hit reply before reading any responses.
Nope, I read them! I continue to judge people with a serious medical condition that would dramatically improve if they quit smoking, yet they refuse. I get that he loves smoking and it's hard to quit. But DH loves his father more than his father loves smoking, and it's going to be harder for DH to say goodbye to his dad early than it would be for his dad to quit smoking.
Yesterday at Babies R Us, I was having a hard time of it because my back hurt and I was grimacing and leaning over my cart and 2 people in line let me go ahead. I suspect they did this because they thought I was in labor (they looked worried), but I went ahead of them anyway.
Beloved Auntie told me yesterday that she decided I needed to have my tubes tied because I had to many complications this time with the MRI and what not. Plus, she simply could not handle watching another child.
I told her the MRI was for migraines BEFORE I even got pregnant. Then I told her that I know she can't handle any more. She told me that after we had the last baby. So I have already set up someone to watch the kids after this baby is born (we are talking 2 hours for dinner once or twice a month). Aunties mouth dropped. I knew it would. That is why I said it. She suddenly started to back petal and assured us that she could handle all 5 after all.
I swear if anyone mentions my "health" in the hospital that I will go postal. Apparently if you need an NST it is you risking your life. Same with if you measure big. Yet coming to see a baby while sick is not an issue and I am just over reacting. But if baby has a little cough (like they randomly do) or sneeze, if they do not immediately go to the ER you are endangering them.
Ha ha. Yea I'd be pretty pissed if he did it to me.
I mean, I just... I don't even...like you wipe yourself and then just fucking hang the towel back up? So he then dries himself on a piss-soaked towel? So you just have a piss towel hanging around your bathroom for a week? I can't even...? Who lives like that? Do you sometimes shit in the corner, just for fun?
@Cece1002 I am now hard core judging your personal hygiene and the cleanliness of your house. Buy better toilet paper, or at least wash that towel on the sanitize cycle after you do that shit.
Because nothing screams dirt squirrel more than having a urine towel hanging around your bathroom.
Seriously, I cannot get over this disgusting confession. I hope your husband finds out and does this:
My husband and I frequently use the tv as a babysitter for the kids so we can gave sex. We've tried waiting til after their bedtime, but we are too exhausted to want to do anything then. The morning is the only time I have the motivation for sex.
@gwyneddlesliegrace - you are one of the last people I expected to "love it" this! Or will the baby be in a wrap while doing it?
Parenting Done Right...
We have netflix for a reason! It's our Sunday thing. The girls watch a movie and we have our time. I am way to tired and sore at night.
Maybe my fffc should be that my girls watch a little tv everyday.

Good idea, I will do that. Thanks for saving my husband another pee face!!
I'm laughing so hard at you. hahaha. But i understand your struggle in wanting complete dryness. I usually wipe twice (with tp) for that extra dry feeling.
Let me correct you detective. It was " "elective induction" and I wanted to know what women though about it. I stated that my ob said it was ok. BUT IILEGAL BEFORE 39wks you fool get it right if you are going to put me on blast.

Haha, yeah. YOU get it right. In no state is it illegal to do an elective induction prior to 39 weeks. Which had nothing to do with your post, anyway, since you were talking about an induction after 39 weeks.
Ha ha. Yea I'd be pretty pissed if he did it to me.

Re: FFFC
EVERY morning I fight with myself about going to work.
I say I'm going to work until I pop, and I intend to, but I'm afraid I'm gonna cave soon >.<
4 more weeks!
