    I'm a rebel and I'm not following the rules. Whitley is okay. Not my style but nothing I'd really bat an eye at. I really hate Ellison (or any of the -son names on girls). Translated it means "son of". While there are a few typically masculine names I can get on board for with a girl (like Taylor) this isn't one of them and I think it's pretty awful for a girl IMO. If you'd like some more feminine names that sound similar, Ellia, Eliza, elliana, are better options.

    Thanks guys! I needed to just see what people outside of my circle think or how they viewed my names.

    Ellison has not went over well on here lol. Ellison is a surname from my husbands side. He also had a great grandma name Ella Mae. If we do go with this name (which I'm sure we will lol) Ellison will have a Nn. Elle, Ella, Ellie - whatever fits when she gets here. I do like pp suggestion of Eliza and I like Elizabeth!!

    I do really like Elle, Ella, Ellie and Elizabeth (or even Elisabeth)!
