Please tell me what your nighttime routine is, what time your 3-4 y/o goes to bed and when they wake up. These 5am wake up calls have GOT TO STOP! TIA!
7:30ish is bath time. After bath he gets 1/2 of a Clifford or Dinosaur Train. After his 1/2 TV show we do teeth and 2 stories. He is supposed to be in bed by 8:15-8:20. He usually falls asleep between 8:45 and 9. He generally wakes at 7.
Edit to add on weekdays he naps about 1.5 hours at DC, weekend are generally nap free.
2-3 hr nap during the day usually. Bath starts at 715 latest. Read books by 730, songs, and bed by 745. He usually sleeps through the night and is up at 7am. If he wakes up any earlier, I'll take him to the bathroom, then make him go back to bed!

Bath is every other day unless she's dirty or we went out. Brush teeth, pajamas, put pokemon to bed, story, and lights out. Rosie starts all this about 8pm. No wake ups normally.
DS goes down around 9:30pm. Yes, it's later than a lot of other kids, but with our schedules, this has always worked best for us. DH and I do not get home from work until 6:30pmish, so we do dinner, family time, baths and then bed time. We normally do bath, brush teeth, and then story time. He normally goes down easy for us, but on the nights he fights it, it is soooo bad!
Also, he wakes up at 9/9:30am, which is awesome, because on the days I work, I have to be up at 4:15am, so I enjoy sleeping in. Although, I never can really sleep past 8am on my days off. So that gives me an hour to do things around the house.
ETA: He does not take naps anymore. I can't remember the last time he took a nap.
We start bedtime around 7:30 or after the baby is sleeping (so usually a little later). We do bath (on bath nights), potty, brush teeth, two books. Goal is lights out by 8, but he's a dawdler, so it's usually 8:30-ish. He falls asleep anywhere from 8:30 to 10. He wakes up overnight once or twice a week. He wakes for the day at 7 or 8. Usually no nap. Both our guys are pretty terrible sleepers.
Well my daughter is almost 5 but she has been on the same routine since she was like 2 or 3. Around 7- 7:30 she gets a bath. Then she sometimes has milk or a bedtime snack (depending on what she had for dinner) and she watches cartoons. Then around 8:30 or 9 I read her a book and put her to bed she usually falls asleep around 9- 9:30 and she sleeps until 7:30 or 8 (give or take a half an hour).
730-630 with a 1-2 hour nap in the afternoon. Occasional night wake ups from growing pains in his legs or to use the bathroom but sttn nearly every night.

We do bath, teeth, story and bed between 7-8
Buddy wakes up almost every night and gets in our bed. So we put up gates to both their room and ours.
Tiny finally sttn. After 14 months of only sleeping for like an hour to two at a time
