Have you tried making homemade cream?
Equal parts Benadryl, lotrimin and cortizone cream. After applied put aquaphor on top to deal.

That is what our pediatrician recommends.

I am so sorry you are going through this! I think it sounds like a trip to the pedi is needed. I was going to say we did something similar to this...I would alternate diaper changes and put hydrocortisone 1% and then the next time put lotrimin and I covered them with a layer of A&D to protect and hold in the cream. This finally worked after 5 months of yeast infection meds, antibiotics and multiple doc visits!

It's crazysauce. We're NW, between downtown & Boulder and I can't believe it. I'm a 3rd gen native and other than the big flood '82 no one has seen anything like this. I'm an engineer and we're thinking it's a 400-500 year event.
So glad it was so minor today & tonight!
