Does coffee taste weird to anyone else?

I love coffee with lots of yummy creamer in it. Before I was pg, I would have 2 cups every morning and that was it. I loved it. Now that I am pg, I only have 1 small cup in the morning but it tastes weird to me now. I am thinking about cutting it out all together since I am not enjoying it anymore. Any other coffee drinkers out there think coffee tastes bad now?

Yes! Before I knew for certain it started to taste weird. Last time I tried I couldn't get past a couple of sips. Devastating for my 2-4 a day habit!

I was so so (SO) sad to do it, but I had to stop drinking it. Even my favorite pumpkin spice tasted disgusting and made me want to throw up.

I haven't been drinking coffee, but I have noticed that my tastes seem to have changed with other things.  For example, I used a lot of salt up to a couple of weeks ago... now it seems a little really goes a long way!

It was my first aversion with both pregnancies.  I don't even bother trying anymore and I am very sad about not drinking my pumpkin spice.  First my pumpkin beer. Now my pumpkin coffee

Same here. I have a lovely keurig sitting unused on my counter. I'm not enjoying much of anything these days though, so coffee is just one thing on a long list.

Agreed! I was worried about cutting back on the coffee because I needed a cup in the morning and a cup in the afternoon to function but its no big deal because I don't even want it!

Hmm I guess I'm in the minority, but coffee still tastes good to me!

I LOVED coffee. 5-6 cups per day- I'm a high school teacher and I NEED coffee to survive. After speaking to my doctor about caffeine intake, I decided to try to stop drinking coffee and opt for a large tea every morning. I made the transition without any headaches (don't ask how!). I missed my coffee, but I was making it. This morning, when I walked in to our teacher's lounge, there was a pot of coffee brewing and the smell made me nauseous! I guess I don't miss it as much as I thought I did!

Coffee actually makes me dry heave now. I love my coffee as well so it makes me sad. Lol

I don't have an aversion to it yet. I just decided to cut it out as I am trying to avoid all caffeine during my pregnancy, which is the one of the hardest things for me, since I love the taste of it

Yep! I'm a big coffee lover and I haven't been able to drink it for a few weeks now. Just doesn't taste good.

Well, last pregnancy I lost the desire for coffee right away, along with a lot of other aversions. Before pregnancy, I loved Tim Horton's. Aftert that pregnancy, I loved Dunkin instead. Now with this pregnancy, I am back to Tim's. so weird.

I am a coffee fiend! It's like the one thing I look forward to every morning on my way to work. I've swapped to half caf and now I can barely even finish the small cup.

I just took a first sip of my coffee and thought how amazing it tasted.  Food not so much.

Both pregnancies so far I lost any desire to drink coffee. It doesn't make me sick yet I just don't feel like drinking it.

I'm actually off tea and onto coffee. I used to drink several cups of tea a day (with milk please - I'm British) and now I can't stomach it. It just tastes like metal-juice. Coffee I'm fine with as long as its not too strong.
