I am not sure which looks best, Brendan, Brenden, or Brendon? Opinions!

Brendan is the most commonly accepted spelling.  Don't worry about what "looks" best.  Spell it right.

Perhaps primarily due to the Brendan Fraser association, Brendan is the only one that looks correct to me.
