4 lbs, 8 oz, 17 or 18 inches long, depending on who you ask. 17 measured at birth. 18 in the NICU a few minutes later. Maybe he grew an inch in the elevator?

Ps- for what it's worth, after watching nurses at the hospital and doctor's office do the length measurement, I wouldn't doubt if they were off by a full inch at least half the time. They tried to tell us she was an inch shorter at her 2 week appt, then remeasured and surprise, she was half an inch longer than birth... Sheesh
