We are having an awful time trying to name this little girl!!! Maybe because its number 4 and we have done this 3 other times...who knows! BUT I think we may have it narrowed down. We aren't sharing with family/friends because we don't want their opinions but which do you like.... Emersyn Sophia (Emmy) Adelyn Sophia (Addy)
I like Adelyn! I can't get past the -syn spelling of Emerson. I had no idea how to pronounce it when i first saw it; it took me awhile to figure out that it's just Emerson spelled differently. Adelyn sounds more like a girl's name than Emerson/Emersyn, and it is easily recognizable and easy to pronounce. Addy is darling!
Because it doesn't happen that frequently! I'm looking for opinions on which name people like and wasn't asking for you to be ignorant about either of my girls names

You're not using that word correctly. You're intentionally misspelling two very traditional names. Emerson or Adeline are two perfectly lovely, classic names that don't need to be butchered by creative spelling. And you asked for opinions.
Six years of infertility and loss, four IUIs, one IVF and one very awesome little boy born via med-free birth 10.24.13.
I like them both. I don't really care how you choose to spell it. It's up to you. Of the two, I like Emersyn and the nick name Emmy.
I've had a hell of a time with the misspelling and mispronouncing of my name all my life, but when it comes down to it I like my name regardless. It will be what it will be. If she decides one day to change it to make it easier you should give her that choice, IMO. My Mom was supportive of me doing that, which I never did legally, but tried out. FWIW.
