Lunch- she's not a peanut free school, so lots of PB sandwiches. They're her favorite. She mixes it up with cheese sandwiches. Some of her favorite sides- greek yogurt, string cheese, pretzels, cheese its, raw veggies (she likes green pepper, red pepper, celery and cukes the most), fruit, pudding, ranch rice cakes.

Lunch: sandwich (lunch meat or pb&j), fresh fruit (peaches/berries/apples in season; applesauce when nothing else is available), veggies (snap peas, carrots, cucumbers, edamame, peppers).
I take the same thing for my lunch, but I keep humus at my school because I like to use it as veggie dip!
Breakfast: Eggs, french toast, waffles, pancakes, sausage, banana. I make the french toast, waffles, and pancakes ahead and freeze. Toaster does a lovely thaw job.
Lunch: sandwich of sunbutter and jelly or biscoff spread an jelly. I have one child in a nut free class. Easier to make them both nut free. string cheese, yogurt, Annies cheddar rabbits, organic fruit snacks, grapes, apples, strawberries, cucumber, carrots, watermelon, kiwi, pineapple, blood orange when in season, tortilla, lunch meat and lunch cheese.
Breakfast: cereal, plain yogurt with fruit and honey, oatmeal in the winter
Lunch: we're a completely nut-free school, so we do a lot of cheese and veggie combinations - his favorite is mozzerella cheese with cherry tomatoes. Lately I've been sending green monster smoothies with greek yogurt for extra protein, so it's been a big smoothie, some rice cakes, and a fruit. We also do sun butter and jelly sandwiches, rolled up ham/turkey/cheese, cheese quesadillas, and mini pizzas.
