Headaches remedies?

Anyone else getting headaches? Although I've suffered from chronic migraines I think these are tension headaches. Would love any tips on how you've managed or treated w/out med! My doctor said two tylenol is ok, but I'm stuck between not wanting to take meds and not wanting the headache to become a full blown migraine.

    Have a little coffee or coke- the caffeine may help.

    I've heard if you put your hands and feet in hot water (sit hop up by your kitchen sink and dunk them all in) + an ice pack on your neck...something about the opposite temps helps! Saw that on GMA the other day.
