Do kids not have party hats anymore or what? I cannot find them anywhere (local)! Am I just old school?

Craft stores sometimes have them too. And I've even seen them in the grocery store.

I haven't even thought to check Target. I will add that to my weekly shopping list )

I think I am going to make Traycen's so it'll be nice and picture-worthy. I think I am putting too many projects on myself for this party... oh well.

I found really cute party hats at like birthday express or whatever birthday site e-bates has and my H shot them down. I think they are cute. go for it!
