Oily Breast Milk?

Ok I just want to know if it's natural for the breast milk to look oily? I'm using lanolin wipes after I pump. Can that make my milk look oily? I know that they say lanolin won't harm the baby.?

Are you sure it's not the fatty part of the milk?
