11 week growth spurt??

My LO will be 3 months next monday and I've heard a lot about a growth spurt. However, today she's been restless and fussy and has been eating an ounce from the bottle every hour. She's EFF so i'm not sure if she's just having a rough day or this is the start of her spurt. She also has been trying to nap more today but won't sleep unless she's on me...
