needing good vibes

(  I know cramping and bleeding doesn't HAVE to mean the end, but I am so worried.  I am 5 1/2 - 6 weeks along, and I lost my 1st baby at 5 weeks.  I have been crampy all week, but today I was spotting, and the bleeding is pinkish/red and is getting a little heavier.  I called the DR because of my 1st miscarriage, and she is sending me for bloodwork tomorrow and Friday.

Long story short...I could use some good vibes my way ( 

I leave for Jamaica on Sunday for what was supposed to be a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation with a friend, and I don't know how I am going to deal if this ends up as a miscarriage.  Not only will I be an emotional wreck, but I also won't even be able to get in the pool or anything (

How I dream and pray for positive news...

Thanks @KatyBriggs -- what did you experience?  maybe hearing about it can help ease my worry a bit?

The bleeding isn't heavy.  I guess it could still be considered spotting.  I put on a liner 3 hours ago and only have a small spot. But when I wipe I still get the bright redish/pinkish blood.  Cramping has stayed the same all day and pretty much all week.

Thanks.... (fx)  I am just hoping that it doesn't get heavy.  I go in tomorrow morning for blood work and OB said she would call after the first test to at least report if she felt like my levels were good or low.

Thanks ladies....no good news (  I woke up today to heavy bleeding and pretty substantial cramping.  Went for my blood test at 8am and will hear the results tomorrow.  This is exactly happened with my last miscarriage, so while I'm sure that is what happened, the DR wants me to wait for "formal' confirmation.
