  • I try to be in bed by 10 and I'm usually up at 630-7 for the day but DD wakes anywhere from 1-4 times a night. The nights she only wakes once though I feel amazing in the morning! This morning for example was ideal!

    Really Iknowitallexpertlady?  Pretty sure there's not a mama on this board who doesn't realize just how important sleep is.  I think we're all seeing the impacts.
