I have never seen any page like that in my profile/settings/tools area.  When I click on "edit my Avatar & signature" I don't get any of the windows in your picture.  Where is that???

Oh my goodness - I had never seen that before!  It doesn't show up when I am editing my profile, so I never saw that window before -- Thanks!  Hopefully it will work now!
