Mole in belly button!

So I've always had a mole in my belly button, and now that my belly button is becoming more flush the mole is right there front and center.  Problem is, a couple of times it's rubbed on my pants and I noticed it bleeding the other day.  I don't want my pants to accidentally rip the thing off or anything, because I'm guessing that's not a good thing for a mole, but I'm not sure what to do?

have your doctor look at it at your next appointment - I've had to get some moles removed pre-pregnancy and wouldn't want to have them removed w/o meds... cover it with a band-aid for a while. - GL to you!

I have a mole that I am planning on getting removed before the end of my pregnancy.  It is large an rubs in my bra (never an issue before needing DD bras!).  My dr said that it is 100% ok to have a mole removed during pregnancy if you need to because the numbing stuf they use for it does not go  the bloodstream at all.  I would ask, because you really don't want it to bleed or get ripped off!

I'd have it taken off.  The stuff they use to remove it is the same stuff they use to numb up the belly before an amnio--you'll be fine!

i have a mole in my belly button too! it looks really funny now that my belly buttons starting to poke out. i want to eventually have it removed. i will probably wait until after the baby is born.
