It looks similar to one I like from Walmart's BabyMod line but it is unavailable any more.  Post again if you have any luck finding it though--I love it!

It's Wal-mart's "Orchard Park" by babymod...but like someone mentioned, I don't know if it is available anymore

If it's no longer available (I dunno) I've seen similar patterns out there including the Dwell line at Target.
