Which Graco Pack n Play?

My DH wanted us to get the safari sun one so I caved... It was pretty cute, even though it isn't as equipped as the other ones... Do you think we'll miss the extras that come with the Melbourne types?

    This was my big struggle last week.  We decided on the $109 one.  I tried to think what I wanted to use it for.  I want one that will allow me to have a place to change the baby, but I didn't care as much about songs and vibrations.

    The Graco Pack n Play Melbourne has lights and soothing sounds... I think the Safari Sun doesn't... We decided against the Melbourne because she'll be in our bedroom, where we have a nice stereo... And my DH said he'll just shine a flashlight on her every now and then. J/K about the flashlight... well, he said it but he was joking. I hope.

    We got the Deco, not because of the bells and whistles, but because it matched our pattern. Yes I am crazy matchy matchy mom!  Ours has a bassinet, changing table, diaper depot, vibrates, plays music, plays nature sounds, has a night light, and breast feeds the baby for us! Seriously, i like that it has all these options, but i think its a bit much. So much of her gear does all this stuff, plus more. I feellike if we use it all, we are training her to be ADHD. I don't think you will miss out on the extras. Odds are something else you will have will do whatever it is your PNO missing

    We got the Samuel Pack 'n Play but more bc it was the only we liked.

    DD had a stripped down one.  She slept in it everyday for two years, it worked fine.  All the extra stuff it came with I ended up throwing out because it was just taking up space and we never used it.

    not sure which features you're missing but the changing table is a lifesaver. ours has the vibrations and stuff too but we hvent used that at all yet - but its only been 10 days
