I tried them with #1 but they didn't work for me. My letdown was too forceful to "prevent" leaking. I used them while swimming or short periods of time because I still leaked with them.
I'm not leaking as bad this time so it might work. I haven't tried again.
I just had a breastfeeding class last night and learned something interesting about Lilypadz. Apparently then put pressure on your nipples to stop leaking. (as opposed to nursing pads that absorb the milk). The Lactation Consultant said that you should only use the Lilypadz on special occasions as it's healthy for your breasts to leak and better to use the absorbant pads for every day use.
Ooooh, well if Oprah recommends them...wth is that supposed to tell us? Like she's been lactating lately. Hmm...now I really wish someone who'd used them would tell us about them. They do look rather interesting and sound like they might be a good thing.

Tarta - if Oprah endorses it, it's like basically the same as the Pope blessing it or baby Jesus himself giving his stamp of approval. Common knowledge.
Re: S/O nursing pads
They're like all futuristic and shite.
