XP: Anyone know how to make a custom blinkie?

XP: I posted this earlier in the week and had only 1 reply... and she said that someone else made it for her. Anyone know of a way for us non-computer people to make blinkies? LOL, thanks!

    If you have any sort of art program design it yourself and save as a jpeg. Then upload it to tiny pic, grab the code, paste in your signature. Other than that I wouldn't know.
