PP c-section bleeding

I don't know if its normal or I expected my bleeding to be worse.  It is very light and at some parts of the day I just have light spotting, should I contact the doctor?  TIA

I think at this stage in the game, your bleeding is about right.  I was pretty much done bleeding by 4-5 weeks.

I had a vaginal delivery, but my bleeding is pretty light too. I'm just taking it as a blessing.

You are fine.  You are one of the lucky ones.  I bled lightly, but it lasted 4 weeks.  I would not worry about it.  You will be sick of it in another 2 weeks and wondering why you even worried about it early on.

I bled like a stuck pig and for like 10 weeks.  After 7 it really slowed down, but not like I would be comfortable wearing white pants or anything.  You are probably just fine though.

after the first day my bleeding was almost gone (or so I thought), then I thought i stopped after 1wk and it came back really heavy and I'm still bleeding. It will probably change for awhile, if not, consider yourself lucky!!

My doctor told me that it would actually increase again before going away and it did. Call if you're concerned but it takes the body a while to expel everything as a c-section is a trauma to the body.

Are you on your feet much? I noticed mine was lighter when I wasn't walking around a lot and then when I'd decide to try to get stuff done around the house or run an errand it would get heavier.
