Anyone want to help me with a collage?

I'm making a photo collage for my dad for christmas. Anyone want to help? I have no idea where to start. I'm using Photoshop Elements 4.0. Any tips?

    Are you just doing a single page collage?  I've been using Picasa for my collages.  It is the photo editor from google.  You can download it for free.  I like the options it has to make collages.
