I think that the longest jeans I've seen were 34 inchs (JCPenney, GAP, Old Navy). And in-store selection has been hit-or-miss for me.
It might be easier to have someone convert 36 inch non-maternity jeans with an elastic tummy panel. (I saw them do this in Juno) or DIY with a safety-pin and Bella Band.
and I found this on another board: Old Navy= 33 inch
Gap= 34 inches
JCPenny= 34 1/2 inches
jakeandme.com= 33-38 inches (not the most stylish clothes)
longtallsally.com= 36 inches (UK site)
tallgirlshop= usually around 36 inches, but varies a bit. (Canada site)
Moto jeans also makes 36 inch inseam pants but usually UK sizes and hard to find because they're fashionable.

Our JC Penneys has one in the store, but not all of them do. Otherwise you can find them online.
That's where I get pretty much all of DH's pants. He's got the same inseam.
