Maternity exercise classes

Anyone know where they are offered? I live in New Cumberland and checked with the Y and the local Rec center. I'm really interested in taking some kind of exercise class (with a friend of mine who is also pregnant) but don't know where to look! Thanks!

If you are interested in yoga, I know that yoga studio right in downtown New Cumberland (next to Dingledein's) offered classes.

There's another prenatal yoga class that I found out about recently in Lemoyne.  befityoga.com for details.

They offer Prenatal Yoga and Water Aerobics at the Jewish Community Center on Front Street in HBG. I am contemplating taking it ...just have not decided for sure yet. A friend of mine took it last year and she really enjoyed it.
