When did I ovulate?

DH and I BDed on CD 9, 12, and 15. We had weird work schedules this month so we couldn't do anymore than that. But none of my OPKs this month looked obviously positive. Maybe I missed my surge? Or maybe I didn't ovulate? I don't know. But I did have some cramping around the time I would normally O (CD 12), and I had some cramping around CD 14, 15, and 16. This is my first month using OPKs and so far it's caused nothing but confusion. They said that the test line needed to be as dark as or darker than the control line, yet that never happened, and now the OPKs are just getting fainter and fainter.

9/1/17 ER ICSI PGS: only 2 donor embryos made it to freeze
9/13/17 Started cycle for IUI with donor and clomid
9/27/17 IUI canceled for overstim
