I had my period end on the 8th then I started spotting on the 14th for two weeks. Saturday, 30th I was supposed to get my period but didn't. I've been nauseous for most of the month. With some vomiting. Any ideas?
That is very vague information and doesn't really give us much to go off of. Spotting can happen at any time and bodies are weird. I get nauseous frequently throughout the month and it has never lead to anything.
Also, we would have no idea what is going on. Take a test and if it is positive, move over to your BMB.
sorry @Whitney9201 , we don't do the whole, "am I pregnant?" Thing here. Especially not the symptom spotting. Take a test, if it's negative, you aren't pregnant.

ToU violation removed
I've had spotting every single cycle (16 cycles) and have never been pregnant.
OP, I can't imagine you would think a group of Internet strangers would be able to tell you anything about what's going on in YOUR body. Take a pregnancy test. No need to update us on the results.
You are so right @Whitney9201 that was rude of me. Here, let me get out my and peek inside your uterus to answer your question (which violates TOU, by the way)!
If you've been vomiting all month you may want to see your doctor. I get some mild nausea at various points in my cycle like around ovulation and here and there during the luteal phase, but I don't have vomiting with it. If you'd been having nausea and vomiting for a couple of days I'd say it sounds like a stomach virus but if it has been going on for a month I don't know. What it does not sound like is that you're pregnant.
However, if you suspect you may be pregnant I'd advise taking a pregnancy test. A pregnancy test can give you a much better answer than any of us can. I understand that it is easy to assume that a lot of ladies who are TTC, and therefor knowledgeable about TTC and pregnancy, would know whether you not you're likely pregnant based off symptoms. But in reality none of us even know if we're pregnant or not without testing. And we have way more information about our own bodies than we know about you and your situation. There is just really no way we could possibly give you a more reliable answer than the answer you'd get from a pregnancy test.

Re: Spotting
Read the newbie thread and the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility and, in the future, direct these questions to our WTO or TWW daily threads.
