Experience with OHSU/ Providence Midwifery practices?

I just had a "Get To Know You" appointment with a midwife at OHSU. I've done the same thing at Providence's midwifery practice. I'm more attracted to OHSU because I can have a water birth, which I think will be the right fit for me. I'd really like to have a home birth, but I want to be able to use my medical insurance.

If you gave birth using either OHSU or Providence's midwives, can you tell me about your experience?

Thank you!

I'm going to the Providence clinic right now and really like it. Not sure the model at OHSU but at providence you rotate through all the different midwives so you will have met everyone at least once by the time you give birth. This really appealed to me. You also have some group appts from time to time as well-I've only been to one so far but it was a good experience. so far, so good!

I gave birth with ohsu midwifery and loved it. You have options to rotate midwives like providence. Maggie Shaw was who I connected with the most. Really had great care.
