With everyone's 4 month appointments happening, I thought it might be fun to see how big our LO's are getting! How old is you LO, how much do they weigh, how long are they?

Jack was 4 months on July 1 (20 weeks tomorrow). At his appointment on July 8th he was weighing in at 14lbs 9oz and 25 inches long!

DD was 4 mos on July 6th and these are her measurements from her appt last week:

weight: 17lbs 7.5ozs - 99th%

length: 27 inches - 100th% (her dot was above the curve, lol)

She is the size of a 50th% 8 month old girl. I feel like I was robbed of some of the little baby stage. Don't get me wrong, I am thrilled she is happy, healthy and growing great. But since she is our last, I would have liked to have an itty bitty for a bit longer. My DH always asks what I have in my breast milk to grow a football player!

He was 4 months on the 5th and we had our appointment a week later on the 11th.

He was 15.75lb and 25 inches. 50th percent for both!

DD was 4 months on the 3rd, and had her appt on the 8th.

She was 15lbs 2oz (80th percentile) and 25 inches (75th percentile).

Ds was 4 months on the 8th and at his check up at 18 weeks he was 11lbs3oz and 24.5 inches. Puts him at about 68 percentile for height and about 23 percentile for weight based on the down syndrome boys growth chart.

We haven't had ours yet either! DS will be 4 months on the 23rd and his appt. is on Monday. Looking forward to it!

meglew, I can relate to how you feel. DS has been on the larger size all along and I feel like his measurements will be similar to your LOs. I also feel like I've been robbed of time with an itty bitty. This might be my only bio child so it makes me a little sad. :

DD turned 4 months on the 14th and had her appointment yesterday (18 weeks). She is 12lbs 2.8 oz and 23 1/4 in. She is between 8.5-15% in her measurements...looks like she got more of Mommy's genes than daddy's (I'm 5'3" and DH is 6'3")

My LO just had her 4 month appt.monday and shes 9lbs 8 oz and 23in.in lower5th . Docts.not worried though but if at her 6 month appt. She hasnt started gaining more weight then he wants to send her to g.i specialits just to be sure.and no she was not premature just small.takes after mom5 ft 2.

LO was 4 months on the 13th. She's 14 lb 10 oz (58%), 25.5 inches long (79%).

At her 2 month appointment, she was only 27% for length, so we had a bit of a growth spurt, LOL

DD3 is 3.5 months, 11 lbs 10 oz (10th percentile on WHO chart), and approx 25.5" (95th percentile on WHO). She's long and skinny. My other girls were so much bigger - DD1 was 15 lbs 13oz (80th) and 27.5" (>99th); DD2 was 15 lbs 13oz (80th) and 26.5" (99th).

Simon was 4 months on July 6th. At his 4 month appointment he was 16 lbs, 6 oz and 25 1/2 inches.

This is fun! DS is 4.5 months and 20.5 lbs, 27" long, >95th percentile for weight, 95th percentile for height, 75th percentile for head. He's in 12-18 mo clothing.

Ditto! My guy is about the same. >97% for height and weight! 12 month clothing. I love having a big baby.

Jake's 4-month appt was last Thursday. He measured 24.75" long, and weighed 14 lbs 15 oz. Doctor says he's hovering around the 50th percentile mark for just about everything except head. He's apparently about 75% for head circumfrence. So basically, my child has an average body, but a freakishly large head. lol!

Sire's 4 month check up was july 22nd he weighed in at 14 pounds 7ounces and 26 inches long! Shots gave him a slight fever and made him grumpy for the next 3days..even with calpol doses.

DS is 20w1d today

At his 4 month appointment on July 12th, he weighed 13lb 11oz and was 24.75" long. He doubled his birth weight by 3.5 months! He was only 6lb6oz when he was born, and 18.5" long.

Thomas is was 27.25" (>98%) and 15.3lbs (40%). He had just rebounded from a stomach bug the week before, from which he had lost a pound so we were fully expecting to see 16 lbs pop up.

Totally different than my daughter who was 26" and 11 lbs!!

I'm glad I'm not the only one with a smaller baby. DS was 4 months on July 12, and at this appt on the 16th, he was 12lbs 11oz and 23 1/2 in.

DD was 4 mos on 20th. DH and I are scratching our heads bc we are not tall people, im 5 ft 1, and she is 26 inches (97th percentile)! Weight is 13 lb 11 oz (39th percentile). Even though she's so long she still looks like a little Buddha baby.

DD was 4 mo on the 13th. Went to her appt on the 23rd.

She weighed 13lbs 13oz (sidenote:13 has been showing up everywhere since she was born!) which pedi said was between 50th and 75th percentile. And she was 24" long which is between 25th and 50th percentile. Her head at birth was 95th percentile but now it's 75th.

DS turned 4 months on the 21st and our appointment was today. 14 lbs 11 oz (43rd), 25.5 in (68th), and head 17.25 (86th). Long, big headed baby! He cried for shots but has been a happy baby since then. Hasn't slept hardly at all, which is surprising because that's all he did after 2 month shots.

DD turned 4 months on July 23rd. Her appointment was on the 26th and she weighed in at 15 lbs 5 1/2 ozs and 24 1/2 inches long. Her noggin was 16 1/2 inches! She's not so itty bitty anymore and I keep telling her to stop growing up so fast! She's almost out of her 6 months clothes already.

DD had her 4 month appt on friday (a little late). She is weighing 17.13 oz (91%), 25 3/4 inches (85%) and hc is at 16.5 inches (72%). She is one solid baby!

Andrew was born 3/18. At his 4 mo he was 17.5lbs and 25 inches. That puts him around 35th percentile which is huge for us. My girls are around the 3rd percentile.

My DS was 4 months on the 15th and weighed in at 15 lbs 12 oz (alittle above 50th percentile) and 25 1/2 inches (75th percentile).

I'll have to look at the paperwork again, I may have misheard the pedi. I think we're just shocked our guy is in double digits.
