So friday was my FET and Friday and Saturday I totally took it easy. Laying around completely. Today life resumed as normal. I tried not lifting my boys, but ignoring two toddlers cries to be held is almost impossible. I had to lift my two yo twice today because my husband was in the other room. It was unavoidable. My body is used to lifting them all the time. But I'm worried the slightest move will strain my uterus. IF brain kills me.
Sorry for being so long, but what were/are your activity level going thru IF with a toddler?
Hi I had my FET on Friday as well. I layed lowed Friday and yesterday but just like u said my dd wanted me to carry her and all forty pounds of her. At the end of the day what are we go do not pick up our kids. I think it's ok. Remembering to stay positiv

Hello, I specifically asked my RE and she told me there is no medical proof bed rest helps implantation. I know some RE tell patients to do bed rest, but there is no need. I was told to just take it easy day of transfer, but then to just return to
I am supposed to be in bed the rest of the day of ET and then take it easy, no lifting, until after the first two betas. Pretty silly I think with twin toddlers. I will try my best though.
