So friday was my FET and Friday and Saturday I totally took it easy. Laying around completely. Today life resumed as normal. I tried not lifting my boys, but ignoring two toddlers cries to be held is almost impossible. I had to lift my two yo twice today because my husband was in the other room. It was unavoidable. My body is used to lifting them all the time. But I'm worried the slightest move will strain my uterus. IF brain kills me.
Sorry for being so long, but what were/are your activity level going thru IF with a toddler?

Hello, I specifically asked my RE and she told me there is no medical proof bed rest helps implantation. I know some RE tell patients to do bed rest, but there is no need. I was told to just take it easy day of transfer, but then to just return to
After my first transfer, my RE told me to reduce my exercise (I am a distance runner, swimmer, yogi, etc.), but said bed rest was not necessary. I did bed rest for three days anyway to reduce my anxiety.
